Black Friday Sale - Charges Full Price!

Hi. Just bought 30 Orokin Reactors and got prompted to pay 450. However, I was charged the full 600. I also bought a Syandana just before and am unsure if that is bugged as well. 

Can provide screenshots if needed although the problem seems to be happening for others as well, at least according to Region chat.

Same here buyed the Sands of Inaros Bundle and now  795 plats are gone ....

Same bought the Huntress bundle and got charged 800+ platinum instead of 400.

Bought a friend the "Sands of Inaros" bundle. Said it was -50%, or 397 Platinum. But it charged me the full 795...

I had 1000p and wanted to buy the Huntress bundle and the Dragon bundle. So i bought the Huntress bundle and I now cannot afford the Dragon Bundle... RIP

Same,  just bought excalibur and it charged full price. i really really hope this gets fixed before sales end because im missing like 10 plat for another sale because of that xd

I just bought a ton of small platinum purchases I thought I saw a major difference in deductions but I thought it was mistake on my part, Is there a way to review your recent sales from the market?

Yeah, same thing happened to me.  Spent 500p on various cosmetics and was charged full price for them all before I realized I hadn't gotten the discount.  This appears to have affected a LOT of people, would DE be able to issue refunds to accounts that were charged?

I really hope they fix that.

Same happened to me I bought "huntress bundle" which supposed to be 50% off ( 417p instead 835p) but when i clicked purchase it took 835 ..

Theres a PSA thread from over an hour ago by DE saying anyone who spent plat will get it back cause they didnt get the discount, just doesnt say how/when yet so id personally assume their frantically creating a script to run to fix the issue
