Clan affinity

I have my own solo Ghost clan that is rank 9 at the moment. I'm missing 43k affinity from rank 10, which is possible to achieve at the moment. My question is: How?

I have researched everything but most of the pigments + Hema. That doesn't add up to 43k affinity, not by a long shot. I haven't built a single room since the update was introduced. Do I have to rebuild every single room that gives affinity when built for the first time, even though I had all of the built before the update hit the game back in whenever Octavia was released?

My only guess would be the Solar Rails in the Orokin lab, since that is locked still i believe.

Oh yeah, checked my Oro lab and noticed that 14k affinity I have no way of accessing. That's probably it in addition to the pigments and Hema. Thanks!
