Anybody Else's Warframe Client Having Unusual Amounts Of Stuttering?

I didn't have this type of thing prior to update 9.2. Now I'm having constant framerate stuttering on basically every mission. Even in the Dojo I'm having the issue.

Can't say that i'm finding it any different. Might be a good idea to state your CPU and GPU to see if there's any similarities to anybody else that may have this problem.
