Nekros Shadows of the dead bugged or not?

I was doing a defense mission like normal, and Summoned a Nul as a minion. Now with this minion I can not use any of my abilities as shown on the picture below. My teammates couldn't use their abilities either. Now I don't know if this is normal or not, but to me it seems kind of stupid to be able to summon a nul and not being able to use your own abilities. And because the Nul was bugging out my shadows of the dead, I could not see any number left on it nor could I resummon any other minions. He also did not want to die normally like any other summoned minion as it took alot longer for him to go down, maybe due to alot of health. Is anyone familiar with this or is this encountered before?
