Obsidian Skin/Skin Options gone for Odonata/Prime after PoE Update. [PS4]

I believe that this is the right section to post this after reading the guide... Sorry if it's not.

I've noticed that when PoE first launched on PS4 that the "Skin" Tab was missing from my Odonata & Odonata Prime. I had the Obsidian Odonata Skin on both before the update & as a result still have them applied, but no longer have the option to take them off.
At first I just thought that it would've been discovered right away & that I wouldn't have to bother posting about it, but even now with the latest hotfix it's still not fixed. I have done all basic troubleshooting options; delete cache, reinstall, etc.

I looked to see if there was a post about this & there was not... Then I realized that for the most part a vast amount of the players hate Archwing & even less probably bothered with getting the Renown Pack for it. As none of my friends or Clan members have bought it I am unable to confirm if this is an account or game based bug.
