Why do you refuse to remove TWO damage caps from a frame that isn't even designed to deal damage? The damage cap on both his passive and his Discharge are terrible and deserve to be removed, since we have frames that aren't limited at all, like Equinox, Banshee, Octavia, Gara, and so on. It would make him actually fit his description for once, since as of now, the only thing he deals any sort of damage to are enemies in the first half of the star chart. Just buff him. You will be thanked by most people that like Volt. Also, the new skin looks an electric Pepsi Man.

EDIT: Did some testing. Volt's Discharge still sucks against large groups of enemies (particularly unarmored ones) because it shuts down due to the damage cap (just like before) and the new added minimum duration still doesn't really make a huge fix, considering the increased damage leads to hitting the damage cap sooner. If you want to make a serious QoL change, remove the damage cap. It's arguably one of his biggest problems.
