Update problems

Hi my game does not update, I've already downloaded again through steam and also through the site. It always presents the same problems and I can not even check/optimize the download cache. This problem has started since the update Plains of Eidolon and it happened again in the last hotfix, until I got to play on the day the hotfix was made available, I tried to download it and it crashed, so I'm a week away without being able to play. Sorry for my bad english and pleas help me guys.

Also having update problems since morning. Update fails at 513.3 kb remaining every time.

Having this problem for 36 hours now. Have filed a ticket. Last response I got from them was to check DNS settings and many more things. Did everything and still no success. Today is Saturday so I don't think I'll be getting any response from them until Monday.

I thought it could be my ISP issue so I used my cellphone's data via USB tethering method (My ISP and my sim are from different companies). But the result was same.

I feel they are blocking traffic from my region as they might be considering the traffic to be malicious in nature. If that's the case, I cannot download the update until they consider accepting traffic from my region. It's kind of a weird safety protocol.

At the moment, I'm redownloading the game just in case. I don't think it is of any use doing that but just so I can tell them I did that as well.

Update: Redownloading actually worked. The game is running now.

i have the same problem . i have also tried re-downloading the game, but the problem hasn't solve yet.
