Rifle Choice

So I started playing a few days ago and its time I get rid of this damned Mk1-Braton. I can't decide what to get though. I'm very close to having the mats for the Boltor. But I've heard the Braton is a great choice as well. I don't think I'm high enough level to get the mats to build any other weapon but it looks like Latron could be a good choice later. Can I get some advice?

 

Edit: I do have the clan tech just not high enough level for the planets necessary for a lot of the mats for those weapons.

 

Thanks for the advice guys really appreciate it! I've made my decision. What do you guys think about side arms too?

for starter: braton, boltor, latron, paris

sidearm : kunai.

melee : dual ether, orthos.

don't forget after livestreams usually the dev giving orokin catalyst alert. :D

I would go with the Boltor for your first rilfe.

Once you achieve mastery Rank 6 keep in mind that it is worth it to upgrade from Boltor to Flux, even if it is a little costly.

When was 30 damage equivalent to a sniper's damage? Even the bows have more damage when firing uncharged shots...

Surely he is implying the 3 round burst being on par with snipers. 3x30 = 90 damage of bullet type.

However, since the buff...the Burston has secured a place in my inventory. Its not end-game material, but it will take you faaaar into the game.
