  I've posted things similar to this many times before but without the vague & attention hungry title. I'm just going to point out one last time that the art style of the game has been very refined. Customization was said to be an important focus for the game. Excalibur and Nyx do not look "right". Having seen the first look trailer for warframe I know that Nyx is a generic reused model that was going to be a female Excalibur variant. Both Nyx and Excalibur share something in common with each other aside from matching bodies. The inability to completely customize/color them. Large amounts of grey that cannot be changed making high contrast coloring options impossible, effectively making purchased color palettes limited to the archaic art style that was closed beta warframe. Excalibur needs to be retooled, his colors reworked along with his prime variant and as for Nyx, She deserves her own unique body. Especially since Steve has said in the live stream that Alt gendered warframes are still a possibility in the future. And if that is true, I can't see it working out what with Nyx having what should be the female Excalibur's body.

 

I know there are many other post about this topic but non touch on the issue of Nyx having a new and unique unto her body

TL;DR?

 

-Can't color the excessive grey on Excal or Nyx body

 

-Nyx uses Female Excal's body, she should have her own unique look.

 

-Nyx having the female body of Excal makes it difficult to ever have alt genders, even if in the distant future.

 

-Nyx and Excal are both victims of an unrefined art style. Nyx was a victim of laziness.

 

TL;DR? Well, Too bad.

If they changed her and gave her a refined and suitable look to her psychic ability rather than having the exact same body (with boobs) as excal, what do you have to lose?

Because I've seen the mock ups for female Ash and male Mag. I want them. Not sure why that would make me insane.

It would be really awesome if the unchangeable grey went away. Right now it looks like my poor Excalibur is wearing chaps. -_-

 

I'd be content to simply have more colour control on Excalibur.

 

I can't comment on Nyx because I don't have her and I haven't seen many around recently.

Well how are you going to feel if they started releasing frames like the female ash and male Mag we've seen in the live streams but as completely different warframes? I think every frame should be unique excluding gender and theme because that is after all what defines them. Nyx deserves better than being a rehash of a model they just had laying around. She's recycled leftovers and that's wrong. Ember got a makeover, Nyx deserves one too.

    Actually I'm just giving my input however since your picking on my post count I can assume your just here to pick on people and complain in general.

It is input to me I am just voicing my opinion that Colors don't actually matter there for showing off. 

In your opinion My post is not relevant that is your opinion. However that doesn't give you the right to cherry pick posts.

If it doesn't matter to you than these changes wouldn't make a difference either way. So why even post here? Rhetorical question.

No one is asking you, because you clearly don't need it. Believe it or not, some people ACTUALLY find it weird having breast in a game where as in real life they do not. Me included. It's called immersion. It's annoying, but there we are.

The thing is. Nyx's model looks pretty much perfect imo.

So if they change it... Im pretty sure like 93.1415% of the warframe community will react very badly... Me including. ESPECIALLY ME. lol jk but still.
