First off this "glitch" or "bug" started to occur after the release of P.O.E. for console.The equipped armor for the kubrow becomes invisible after leaving the arsenal, but only if the Drahk fur pattern is also equipped. Basically when I apply the Drahk fur pattern on my kubrow his armor disappears.
