ChaoticErnie Posted December 8, 2017 Share Posted December 8, 2017 (edited) I JUST downloaded WF after a few months of not playing, and i try to log in with my account... but it gives me a message that says: "LOGIN FAILED: CHECK YOUR INFO" After reseting my password and logging in to the forums, I still can't play. I don't know when they will fix it. People on my friends list are playing with no problem. I don't know of any fix on my end. I've tried everything. I've been on this game since day one. No response from them. That's what I call customer appreciation. I don't imagine them to fix it right away. What I'm pissed about is that they can't even reply saying sorry we're working on it. I've lost all 4 of my boosters now. Well unless they fix it within the he. I tried to change password I tried to restart pc and modem several times I verified caches and optimized them I waited one day I reset my internet settings I checked my firewall I shut down my antivirus I made log in a friend with my account on his pc and it worked This is freaking frustrating, please help. I found by myself how to solve it: Shut down your PC While still on, push the reset button on your router for at least 5 seconds (it is usually hide into a little hole near the power) Wait 10 minutes Enter in your router from your pc and reconfigure it Watch devices connected, set wi-fi password. Re-activate firewall, reconfigure security access password. Launch again warframe Praise the machine-god that it will work If it doesn't work: Turn off your pc and router again, wait 10 minutes (I know it is frustrating) Try to log in again (be sure to type well, because irritation makes all harder) Eventually reset again your router (this time) while your pc is still on, wait 10 minutes, then restart your pc. SageGurren Posted January 7, 2018 Share Posted January 7, 2018 hey, iv been having this problem for some time now and i have tried everything that i can find on this post as well as the rest of the forum. resetting the router does not work, reinstalling does not work. not even using a VPN will fix the issue. if anyone had any other ideas as to how i can solve this problem i would love to hear it as i enjoy this game and i don't want to have to stop because of something like this.
