A few glitchs with fishing

I was out in the plains fishing and waiting for some of the new weather effects, waited about 40 mins nothing happened! 

and this happened while i was fishing.

as you can see there IS a fish there with 2 dyes out...yet the fish is not highlighted. I tried going about 200-400M away then coming back to the spot but it didn't fix it. this glitch made it so none of my dyes worked any where!

also before this i caught a few fish that...well they seem brighter then usual .

Yeah...it seems this fish inhaled to much meth....(get it? cause it's high off the ground? eh eh?)

as you can see the fish is still highlighted and is a bit annoying, also this happened to 2 other fish, so it's not a one time thing.

and last of all here's a terrain bug i found while running around.

Floating rocks? I don't recall them adding those...haha.
