Hey PS4 Tenno! We're aware the Winter Platinum sale ended early for the America regions today. This is not intended and came as a surprise since the sale was originally scheduled to end January 4th. Once everyone is back in their seats in the new year, we'll gear up to rectify the issue asap!

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we're away from DE's home base. 

In the meantime, all related threads will be merged here so that we can keep you updated. Thanks y'all!  

Jan 3rd update: We have returned from Holidays and are working on a solution, and will keep you updated as information becomes available. Thank you for your continued patience! 

Jan 10th update: I return to you with excellent news, Tenno. We just got word that the sale will return for America regions tomorrow, Wednesday, January 10th (sometime roughly around 2pm ET) and will be live until January 17th! 

We truly appreciate your patience as we worked to extend the sale for Amerca regions since it ended earlier than originally announced. Many thanks!

Here I am, waiting, everyone else is waiting. It could get fixed today, and we'd all be relieved, or it could take another week to get things sorted out. Who knows what they're going to do. Like I said, I was patient and understanding at first, but as time goes on everyone starts to get irritated.

Giving them time to travel back to headquarters first before we could get help was one thing, but now that they're there just being sedentary it's turned into something else. Nobody likes waiting, waiting isn't fun, it would help if we got daily feedback on what was going on. But they've gone dark again for 3 days, leaving us to guess. It was really nice to hear from them, to see what the problem was and know that something would be done about it, it gave me hope. But I'm getting weary now.

Extended the sale would be the correct thing to do for all of our trouble. Extending the percent to 60 off would be even better, but I can't see it, maybe.

All I wish is for something to be done quick to justify it, whatever that be. DE needs to take control of their sale, unfortunate enough that something took it down when they were away, but it's a number one priority at the moment and the community is being neglected. They need to act when they see these things, we were promised a sale, and it was taken away.

We never got the exolus and riven mod from the last stream either. I'm still kinda salty about that , nor did we get the prior one's either . DE seems to poo poo on console players .

I've got 4 frames and 7 weapons stuck in the foundry cuz I don't have the space for them.. I have too much of a "collector" mentality to sell off anything.. and I really suck at trading stuff..

..I want the plat but I can't justify paying full price for it cuz i've already dropped some serious cash on this game over the years..

please DE.. bring the sale back.. even if it means making some kinda animal sacrifice to Sony..

..i've got a few goats lying around..

Thank you. Someone ninja edited the Jan 16th date in. Last I checked (link from twitter), that info wasn't there.

As of tomorrow, this will have been a "known issue" for two weeks.

DE, heads up. I'm a Destiny guy who left Destiny 2 to come to Warframe because of how awful Bungie is to its community. I've been loving Warframe, and so have many of my Destiny clan members who came over as well. This is the first example of a mistake that needs to be fixed that I've encountered with Warframe/DE, and I really have to say, this is not a good look. I need more slots so I can continue to play the game, and I can't justify paying full price for platinum for slots right now due to the fact that it was implied that this situation would be taken care of. So basically I'm just kind of in a holding pattern, because I don't really want to have to sell any more frames and weapons to clear out space.

Can we just get a response about this? And not a "we're still looking into it" response, but one that actually goes into what's being done? Is it going to happen tomorrow, is it going to take another week, is it not going to happen at all? An answer to this question would be appreciated by what seems to be a LOT of people.

Do something about this, please.

Wow, I sure am so glad that I can't use my 50% off the market coupon for today because there's no platinum sales to use it on. Thanks for solving the problem ASAP guys... What a damn waste. Not like this only happens every so often or anything haha, great time for everything to go to hell. Same with the winter platinum special, it's supposed to be a rare event, fix it so we can actually use it instead of leading us on. I went out and spent money I wouldn't normally need to spend just specifically for this, and now it's just sitting there. I'm sick and tired of this crap, get to it already.

I hear you.  My 50% off coupon expired today.  I think the bulk of PS4 users are broke, because many seem desperate to generate a little plat in Maroo's bazaar.  I failed to even sell 5P, which would have allowed me to buy a warframe slot for Oberon prime waiting in my workshop.

I'm the same, still got frames waiting in the foundry to be claimed that I don't have room for. Got a lot of other stuff I still need to do too that requires plat because after all this is a free game that runs off of microtransactions. The alternative is very grindy and time consuming. Wish they'd just give us what they promised. Good news though, plat is coming in a pack to psn plus members on the 16th so

@[DE]Danielle  Yes please let us know what's going on. I spent alot of money on psn cards that I normally wouldn't have. Any type of update at this point would be well received I know I'm not alone in the matter. The fact I haven't heard a single thing from the staff about this in a entire week almost is pretty upsetting. I know your busy and probably have tons of hoops to jump through but can't you at least come out and say that I'd feel much more relieved knowing this issue isn't just swept under the rug.

This is getting out of hand. I understand you guys went on vacation. You all needed it for your hard work and great content of the game. The one thing that you have to remember now is that it is because of the community. The people that you are choosing to ignore at the moment are the same people who paid for it. If you do not treat your customers right after all the loyalty we give you in a drop of a hat you may lose them. Maybe you feel your getting so big that it would be impossible, but take a look at Bungie.
