FemaleSniper86
I never play solo, only Invite Only coz Solo-mode Always locks a door I need to go through - that bug is still there, at least for me and I Always played Raids, so very sad that it will disappear
SanguineXIII
Because it's exactly the same as a capture mission, except you don't get to hit some guy with a sword then hear him scream in agony as you forcefully digitize him and upload him into yourself. Hayden11121
Raid isn't being removed because it's least played. It's removed because it gives the most mats.

AureusVulpes
Raids are the easiest speed-runnable mission type. You don't even need a good weapon to do it. That's why it's being removed.
WhiteTrick
You know that Void raids are the best and easiest way to obtain forma? and that it it the mission that makes volt the most usefull? i know their scheme 1.Make Volt even less usefull 2.Make Forma even rarer 3.Profit
ScaryMonster
You know that Void raids are the best and easiest way to obtain forma? Except they're redoing Raid because Steve said it's too similar to Capture (which it is). They're not ripping it out of the game and leaving a gaping hole. For all we know, the new Raid will be MORE fun and efficient for collecting mats. People are getting hysterical over nothing.

ScaryMonster
your right speed running should be removed, damn rushers along with that remove all parkour wall running and volt What does Volt have to do with anything? What reason does DE have to make Volt or any Warframe obsolete? What do they gain from that? (The correct answer is "absolutely nothing", but I'll wait)

(The correct answer is "absolutely nothing", but I'll wait) He is making a joke. But realistically, yes, Volt will be nothing. Electric Shield < Snowglobe Speed... why use it? Shock < Overload < M Prime On topic: If they keep this up it will become "DefenseFrame"
AureusVulpes
On topic: If they keep this up it will become "DefenseFrame" It already is. Every mission type is becoming defensive gameplay Defense Mobile Defense Rescue Raid -> Survive Deception -> Escort and then three non defense. Spy -> Spy w/o pistols Exterminate Sabotage Edit: I forgot sabotage. I wanted to forget last weekend. 0Pinger
I use raids to level weapons and the guaranteed mod reward at the end is always handy, especially for the basic mods on Mercury. So yeah, no there not DE. Have a look at the data again, you got Pending clan invites wrong with clan event rewards, I think you lost a decimal point some where. edit: meh should have looked further down the posts https://forums.warframe.com/index.php?/topic/89013-petition-to-keep-raid-missions-in-the-game/ Anyway DE no Edited August 1, 2013 by 0Pinger
Seraphyx
After all this arm flailing and whining about raid being replaced with something else I decided to actually do a raid mission since everyone swears you get the most material drops/loot/bla bla bla. I don't buy it. I didn't see any significant gain in resources from playing raid versus other missions. In fact I see that I get far more resources from random missions on low level planets than higher level ones. Could just be a coincidence but I decided to do a few Vor runs and I would average 200-300 ferrite from one pretty quick run there compared to 50-80(100 at the most) ferrite from much higher level missions in places like Neptune (including raid). So personally, I don't buy all of this raid is so amazing for farming people seem to claim based on my experience with it recently. No one's going to miss raid after it's removed. It's such a minor thing that people will completely forget about it within a week or two after the change. I have never heard anyone say anything about raid being so good before the announcement to remove it. Always defense and mobile defense for resources/exp. direcyphre
I'm still not sure how they aggregated their 'most played' mission types. It must be related to unique player accounts and whether or not they play Raid. Spy, Rescue, and that other mission where you carry a datamass should theoretically be the absolute least played because there is no way anyone would repeat those. Raid as a mission type has its benefits, and I play it most myself if I'm not doing boss runs on a particular planet. Easy to solo, plenty of enemy spawns, simple mission type that doesn't require datamasses or escorts. Definitely not looking forward to some other form of escort or 'mobile defense' of an Lotus avatar.
