CheekySwine
So do our tickets actually get answered? Is the average wait time about 8 days or am I just unlucky? How long have some of you guys waited?
Maou
yes it does, but I guess it all falls on what type of problem you submitted, got my answer on my "failed.login" thing, got an answer for about 5hours or so. but as plat problems like double buying. I guess it takes.time and oh currently waiting for mine too 8 days has passed Edited August 1, 2013 by Fammia
WhiteTrick
i have aticket thats been up for like a month and a half lol but most get answered in a few days to weeks
Zareek
I had one being answered within 1 day, and several within 1-2 weeks. So yeah its very different. I would say though, that considering the great quality of support that you get, its worth the wait. (remember that great support doesnt mean that you'll always get what you want)
The_Markie
my ticket got responded in like 3 hours.
PsychedelicSnake
People often send in tickets that are easily answered in the forums or by looking through the FAQ. With so many of these useless tickets going in and mixing with tickets that have legitimate questions, the process gets slow filtering them out. CheekySwine
I suppose if it means receiving good quality support, the wait is tolerable.
ShadowTail
Everyone expects support to thoroughly look at their problem and that takes time. Lots of it. Be patient, Tenno. They will get back to you.
Relkin
Kind of sucks they only have 8 people on the support team for a game with 3 million subscribers :( (by sucks I mean I feel bad for those guys!) CheekySwine
8 people on the support staff? Well S#&$, I'll check my ticket in about 6 months then.
CrunkTanium
with 3 million subscribers :( According to Steam the games peak player average is hovering just under 16k. If we assume double that for non Steam players which I doubt that would be less then 35k active accounts. Just because 3 million accounts are created you have to consider many are alts or reserved names and people who tried and did not like the game. If there were even half a million active accounts the chat would probably be unusable in it's current state. Not to mention Warframe would be near the level of WOW in terms of active players and DE would be making money hand over fist.
Sorez
My ticket got replied to in under 2 days. I was a "missing mod" ticket, and DE gladly re-gave me my missing mod :) Love ya DE <3 Edited August 1, 2013 by Sorez
CheekySwine
Lucky for some I guess. Perhaps taking the problem to social media will see results faster.
