Equilibrium Bug, Take note of the energy and health received with the mod. Here's my Nekros' build, hopefully that helps.

 

The video has been captured by December 11-15, 2017, I can't remember exactly but it is within this week, it was a Syndicate Mission, Void Defense

          Tested it numerous times, It doesn't really give me 20K energy like the one in the pic, so.. just a visual bug?

Build: PC 22.8.1

Had the same bug today. It seemed to happen when picking up multiple orbs quickly (50 health > 2754 energy). The buf happens in both conversion directions.

I saw this yesterday as well while doing a derelict survival for the Octavia piece. It was pretty easy to reproduce - just had to use a bunch of energy before running around with Desecrate up.

Estou tendo o mesmo problema nessa ultima versão do PS4 com Nekros e mod equilibrium não estou recebendo a vida é nem a energia que o mod oferece....

Still hasn't been fixed. I have it set to give 100% energy and health but its seems to be only giving me a quarter of that amount. And as the above picture shows, it claims to be converting to 20k + energy or health.
