Spoken Grineer Language

This is just via dialogue in the Behind the Scene's video, and simply incomplete. Still trying to figure out the workings in some cases, as they change.

What I need help with: Someone find what K is in the Vor video? He says "Take" and "Kill", right? (If you have other words not on there, PM me or post them here and I'll add them.)

Anyway, here's the list with proper translations: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AkLmJp5AsM0edGp0aUF3cnJjTWpVMXlJdzR5UkNDYnc&usp=sharing

If you have anything to add, I would much appreciate it!

Also, from what I can tell, quite a few letters change, depending on where you put them. (Such as C being K in Secrets, but Chose/Corpse being Kr/Kk, respectively.) But more others are based on how they sound. Will need to do further analysis into this at a later time.

EDIT 2: Word Bank added to the page.

EDIT 3: Tried my hand at the language, here it is:

Lessk Tenno,

Hu aam Neal, Grhuneer reseaarker.

Klese aare tuh fhursk akkemggks aak rekhugglerhungg kle laanguage.

I don't get this:

Rrurt ->Hurt

Rrhuss ->Will

While Rr->W

and L->H

Letters and their translations change upon context of when they're used in the Grineer language. (Like the sounds they make; do recall this isn't a written language, but a spoken one) It's very, very confusing. Edited by Nealybealy

There is an actual Grineer language that we have developed.  We will be rolling it out to all Grineer in the coming months.... don't forget there are probably dialects too that affect certain words in certain contexts :)

There will be something really cool with Grineer language implemented in the next update... stay tuned... or should I say  traay tuner... :)

One day, the forum will be "Grineer only or ban"

I can't wait for this day to come.

That would mean we'd need the font they use for the Grineer language on the ships and such, as typing this stuff is vastly wrong. (Because you're typing what it sounds like, not how it is, and yeah, confusing.)

This would be SO awesome.

Special keyboards for the forums :D

 Definitely agreed! :D I'd like a Corpus one too...

Excellent, that means it's only a matter of time before we have a Grineer Rock Opera.

 That's a scary, scary thought.

Making a program to translate stuff based on what you've got.

English -> Grineer

C (midword) -> K

C (start) -> KK

C (before H) -> Kr

T -> T

Th -> Kl

St -> Tr

Wow, very interested in this!

How do they say "Grineer" if there's no "i" sound? lol

"Grineer" -> "Grhuneer"

Also, how would they say "world"? Rrkrr?

Edit: Same with "Vor" ("I am Vor" -> "Hu aam Vkr"), there's no "o" sound.

Edit2: Formorian? No "o", "i", or short "a" sounds. Oh, the troubles if retroactively making a spoken language :P

Do recall Vor speaks this, so you can always go see him for how they speak. And the Grineer thing.. Well, those were pre-Grineer language. (It's such a messy timeline of stuff :P)

I'm a little tired from 24/7 farming right now, but yeah, something like that.

EDIT: Yeah, it's a spoken language, confusing. :P Recall some words don't follow the rules, like Tenno. Vor is already in Grineer language, right? Since that's his name, Vor. Not a nickname.

Tenno probably isn't a translation, it's probably spoken how the Tenno speak it. For example, Corpus is not a Grineer word, but I'm sure Grineer can say "Corpus" (might come out as Korrpuss, but still). As for Vor, O seems to have a lot of uses. I went over the E3 trailer and found it used as K and A (Out -> Kut, Go -> Gk (Gu-Kuh), and You -> Gar), as well as a hard O with Tenno and soft o with Vor.

Edit:

E -> U when in middle, Ey when at the end. Also, trailing Es in Grineer seem to be optional. In the E3 trailer, the angry Grinner that gets zapped by Vor says "Or is mun!" for "he is mine!", while later Vor says "Gar agruh muney" for "you are mine".

If anyone wants to help with the angry Grineer, he says stuff like "Listening", which would help out a lot, but what he says is kind of garbled in the wind noise in the E3 trailer.

Edit:

Vowels might have different uses purely based on the letters around them.
