Lifesteal Warframe: Drakul

Alright, I'd like to thank those of you that have decided to keep tabs on this. After a long time being sidetracked by other projects I've returned to Drakul. I'm not sure if it's still not being updated but it would appear the fan index is failing me a tad.lol If you like this guy spread the word I suppose. Hopefully art will be done soon but I don't know. On the bright side I've decided on a fourth, about time right. Well, have fun with bros.

Codex Description:

                  - "Drakul is the tattered remains of the Tenno's nobility. Fast and savage he rips through the field with sadistic glee, with many of his abilities leaving even his fellow tenno with nightmares of bloodshed. It's not the gore that does it... its the gagged, grin like markings on his helm and the mad cackle of glee that leaves its mark as he drives his stake into their hearts, drinking deeply of their very lives. Savage by his devolved nature he has forgone shielding and energy in exchange for armor and improving his own personal pain threshold... I shudder to think what training he deemed as "fun" to make it so high..."

                                                                                                                             -Lotus' reaction after witnessing Drakul's first                                                                                                                                              battle.-.

Base Stats:

shields = 50

health = 250

armor = 100

sprint = 1.25

energy = 100

Abilities:

Hunger:

Drakul rapidly closes in on the targeted enemy, impaling it with either of the retractable spikes hidden in his palms and stealing a portion of their health to restore his own. Maximum distance of the target and percent of health stolen increases with each rank up. The lifesteal is based on a percentage of how much overall life you have so this power could technically be made stronger with the correct mods. If target dies as a result it is a silent kill.

Avarice:

Drakul sends out a razor tipped steel chord to snare his target, doing minimal damage to enemies and dragging any target into melee range. Avarice can be canceled at any time and does not alert enemies if it is out of their line of sight so use with caution because the odds of this killing the target are low.

Enthrall:

Drakul's overwhelming presence is spread to his weapons, catching the eyes of his enemies and enthralling them. Enemies that are enthralled will temporarily fight for you. If a 'Thrall' dies while still under your control they will burst in a small explosion that will draw enemy attention. As this ranks up the duration of control and chance to enthrall an enemy will increase.

Hubris:

Drakul's pride calls for victory at all costs as he begins sacrificing his own health to cast his powers for a reduced cost and gaining a substantial increase in resistance to all damage.  As this ranks up the cost reduction and damage reduction increases. This power acts as a toggled mode that requires max energy to enter and makes energy unavailable while active.

well, if you play warframe right you won't need to worry about health. but that's besides the point.

On topic,  Here is my idea of stats (this involved no research)

shields = 50 base (or the lowest out of all the warframes)

health 250 base (or something slightly higher than frost/rhino)

armor = 125 base (again something a little higher than frost/rhino/sayrn)

sprint = 1.0 (or whatever the average is)

energy = 200 (or something similar to trinity, which I seem to remember has high starting energy)

are there any other stats I missed?

good idea too. might want to ask MrFancyPants on the forums to see if he wants to draw your frame for you.

Concerning stats I like the idea CelsiusPrime put forth, but When I saw this frame I envisioned a fast moving frame so I might do some tweaking between shields and speed or energy and speed. and thanks for the recomendation on artists Celsius.

it was a really original idea so I wanted to see it go all the way. if you want a faster frame, you could shift down, armor,health, and energy and raise sprint to 1.5 which I think is faster than loki.
