(PSN)Tomplexthis
What if we could level any weapon, to meet up to our mastery rank There would be 3 tiers Mr0-6 Tier 1 Mr7-12 Tier 2 Mr13-18+ Tier 3 Weapons can move from each tier by utilizing Forma and Kuva And Credits Upgrading to a higher tier will boost all of a weapons stats to meet up with the mastery rank tier But you must complete the war within and also the second dream to gain access to this From tier 1-2 1 Forma, 2500 kuva, 200,000 credits From tier 2-3 2 Forma, 4500 kuva, 450,000 credits Imagine being able to rank any weapon up from lower tiers to a new higher level of power Mastery-Volution weapons would be given stars to show they had been evolved Also as a must, you NEED to have reached that mastery tiers required mastery level I think 3 tiers is satisfying enough for most people But what if it expanded all the way to Mastery rank 30? 0-6, 7-12, 13-18, 19-24, 25-30 All that is needed is to have the minimum mastery rank of each tier O for tier 1 7 for tier 2 13 for tier 3 19 for tier 4 25 for tier 5 The only issue behind this evolution system is the sheer madness of retooling All ingame weapons to have different stats based per tier Something like this, or a system like this would seriously unlock the potential of all in hane weapons to meet with new levels of power Imagine how powerful you could make a tier 1 weapon, by moving it all the way to tier 5 Evolved weapons would only have their mastery rank requirement set to the minimum of that tier, allowing ease of use and easy access So if i took a lato, tier 0 And brought it to tier 5, it would require me to have 25 mastery, as it would be set to MR25 Edited December 18, 2017 by (PS4)Tomplexthis
(PSN)Tomplexthis
My biggest thing in warframe is how much content is simply just mastery fodder, this concept is so daunting a task, but a huge payoff to all the players and all the ingame content, weapons. There are so many amazing weapons hit by a terrible set of stats that restrict players to Meta only weapons But i just was think of how any player, could take any weapon, and turn it into something "Meta" Every weapon would be then be placed into base tier levels Think of what this could mean later down the line though. What if we got an entire planet/node dedicated to Tier5 weapons, like a Sentient Ship, full of lv100-145 enemies Going back in time to fight in the old war through a rift maybe Fights on Fomorians? An entire node for veterans with tier5 gear Or even, what if Warframes could Mastery-Evolve? Boosting their base stats, power damage, and opening up an additional Exilus slot. (PSN)Tomplexthis
Tier5 Mire? xD Tier5 any weapon from tier O I believe to not alienate any players from weapons, no new weapons would ever be tier 4 or 5 on release, these tiers are reached only through Mastery Evolution, tier 4 and 5 would just be optional I think the highest requirement of any weapon for mastery should always be mr13 or tier3 Edited December 18, 2017 by (PS4)Tomplexthis
(PSN)Tomplexthis
I really wish there was more to mastery This whole concept is based around being able to bring unused content, to a tiny bit higher level of power for veteran play Like imagine a t1 nukor, its crot chance is 1.0 But a tier 5, could have about 8% Not humongous changes, but maybe minor evolution in their base stats, amprex from 7.5 to 12.5 with 55% crit chance Or mire, with a base 35% status and boost to its attack speed and damage It is a recurring concept on the forums
(PSN)Seratronix
Rivens were created to bring fodder onto a more even playing field. Are you one of the people that focuses on meta weapon rivens, or do you work with fodder rivens to make the weapons more fun?

I hate Da meta, i just use what i like, as long as i have a riven for it Regardless of that gap, some weapons are still utterly trash, even with a 300% damage riven on them I find only pure status or crit is decent on weapons Whether its an opticor doing 2.3 million cause chroma and riven Or a penta, aklato, stug, exodia... Damage is great, if you can buff it to the max. Otherwise, everything feels like a bullet sponge My favorite stat is speed though Reload, fire rate, or that melee obex, nami skyla prime, nami solo, or zaws like balla and even tipedo Low damage, but crazy speed Great riven potential
(PSN)Tomplexthis
Mire needs 25% status and 10 more slash We also could use a revamp of sword, dual dagger, and staff stances I also believe that every weapon should have at least a minimum of 2.0 channeling or crit damage, not that dumb 1.5... xO I had a 220% channeling damage mire riven, but its just pointless Channeling or blocking Who even uses that My nami solo, its got 0.9 crit damage, its riven though, 300% melee damage, 110% attack speed, -68% cd Edited December 18, 2017 by (PS4)Tomplexthis
