Question about the Prime Access

Is it possible to gift the Prime Access pack to other people through Steam?

I wish I could share prime access on console.. If you're trying to gift maybe just give the person $80 instead and they can buy it themselves

There were times I would've liked a gifting option as well.  But unfortunately, you cannot directly gift Prime Access to others on Steam.

Is there a way to delete Prime access so you can buy it again? Or is it a one time purchase thing?

Sorta; you can only buy Prime Access once, but then can buy a higher tier for the difference in prices, but this ONLY applies for PC.  From what I can tell, PS4/Xbox One only sells the specific Prime Access bundles as listed.
