Trapped in Cetus's Gate

When leaving Cetus to do a mission in the plains,
the doors are layered, one opens, but one stays closed.
Trapped in the hallway.
Only way out is to Leave Cetus through the menu.

I commented on that post with this problem. My game also just now hard froze when I was at the gate with my squad returning from Tridolon capture (Tera, Gantu, Hydro). Lost everything, the cores, the shards, the arcanes, because I had to press the button to shut down my PC after waiting 10 mins.
