Permanently silenced after defeating Violence

Occasionally, after you fight Violence, your Warframe will not be able to use any abilities (including Transference) for the remainder of the mission. Certain Sentinel precepts also appear to stop working (including Medi-Ray and Vacuum). Your Warframe will also gain an orange glowing effect while affected by the bug. This seems to happen consistently if Violence is forced to flee the exact moment he casts his Silence ability.

Below is a screenshot of the issue. As you can see, my ability icons are greyed out despite full energy, and the cryopod seems to have been affected as well (perhaps due to being an ally).
