This Fool On Xini.

So there were 4 of us on Xini. Nyx, Vauban, Frost, and Me (Banshee). The Nyx leaves for some reason at wave 5, so there is just 3 of us left. I was talking about how Frost's Snow Globe ability is not a very good combo with my Torid, because It's a very tight space and I lose a lot of health or die. The Frost goes mental and starts calling me a troll and a retard because he thinks that the torid doesn't hurt the user. Then he says something like "It doesn't hurt team mates u retard stfu troll". I'm like.. what? I just said that it hurts the user not team mates... and that I'll die a lot because it's in an enclosed space. It also didn't help that the frost had NO stretch mod, so it was a very small snow globe. I had difficulty avoiding death but I managed. Then, at wave 10, the Frost stops putting up snow globe, and the Vauban stopped using bastille a couple waves back and I figure he just didn't want snow globe to go to waste or something. We lost. All because the Frost was just ignorant and trolling.. but why are there people out there like this?  I sincerely hope that he just learns from his ignorance, and learns to deal with problems in other ways than "Oh I was wrong so I'm gunna ruin the party and drag everybody else down with me".

Oh and TL;DR:

Frost nerd rages because he can't grasp the concept of the torid hurting the user, in an enclosed space, so he rages extra hard and lets us lose.

As a mostly-torid-user, I can sympathize. As a side note, I would still recommend standing on one of those little towers near the cryopod and firing down from there. the globe is still useless and still makes it harder on you, but it won't start killing you.

Also, it warms my heart to see the warframe community deteriorating. More rage and hate every day. I am reaffirmed in why I continue to solo all but the rare Xini runs.

@ Dawgun... I am using Torid because in my eyes this weapon is superior to Ogris, because of armor ignore constant aoe damage.

@ CrazyCanadian24

First of all you can't avoid certain player in this game if you running missions as part of the pug. Calling player's name won't help with avoiding a particular player and you know this. So in my eyes you want public trial.

and about your tldr. it is just wrong. So you are not complaining about snowglobe in general, which is in fact a horrible idea on infested defense. You are not complaining about horrible fail of a vauban. You are simply complaining about that you couldn't fire with your Torid without risk of poisoning your &#! off.

But on xini there is only one point of three that can have a limited fire angle and can be blocked by something extremly stupid like players standing on the pod or snowglobe.

So as i mentioned before. Nyx is a smart one.

Of course it helps you avoid someone. Just bail when you see their name.

I still don't get why people can't grasp the concept behind naming and shaming. Is this generation really this thick?

op I know that feel

there will always be somebody who's new and doesn't know( or just a troll)

there was a frost who kept putting up snow globes on xini and I had an ogris

so I stopped shooting the ogris and watched how fast the pod got destroyed by chargers and ancients

and I must say some jimmies have been rustled after that day (the frost kept whispering at me)

True but the weapon still suffers from a lot of issues that result in most torid users I play with, killing themselves more than ogris users. It's a shame, really. Not to mention that it still requires getting enemies to stand in a gas cloud.

It's not that most people "can't grasp" it. It's that most people outgrew that kind of thing in elementary school.

The torid can stick to enemies, and does damage on impact as well as the ticks from the gas cloud. The gas cloud is good for laying down at choke points, like the stairs to the pod on Xini, or the entrances they come through.

this is why i am using it only as vauban on infested EDs.

@ ts. i don't care for players names. If for some reason i am playing ED in a pug, i just watching how other three doing. If i see a possible problem in their behavior i just leave a game on a wave 5.
