CultOfPersonality
Also any suggestions on changes are welcome: Iron Skin (maxed) Rhino Stomp (maxed) Redirection Rank 5 Vitaliy rank 4 (will lower Vitality when I get redirection higher) Focus (maxed) Stretch (maxed) Flow 3/5 Rush 3/5 Roar (not maxed yet but going for it) Anything I should eliminate completely? Does continuity help at all? Also what slots are best for Rhino to polarize? Can you polarize the ~ slots?

Does continuity help at all? Also what slots are best for Rhino to polarize? Can you polarize the ~ slots? Continuity increases the length of Rhino charge and the duration of roar. Get rid of vitality entirely; you have iron skin as a buffer if you lose your shields. Personally polarized the aura slot to - for Energy Siphon and one of the frame slots to a - as well for slotting in streamline or flow. I swap rush and focus depending on the mission, focus for mobile and endless defense, rush for anything else. Current loadout: 4 abilities Redirection at level 8 Focus/Rush, Flow, Streamline, Continuity, and Stretch. Having streamline lets you get off iron skin at the start of any nightmare mission making Rhino (imo) the best nightmare running frame.
Karasuman
Well first of all, what rank are you and are you potatoed? 2nd, it depends on what you like to do. I personally run a super tank setup consisting of: Steel Charge (Max) Roar (Max) Rhino Stomp (Max) Iron Skin (Max) Vitality (8/10) Redirection (8/10) Steel Fiber (7/10) Constitution (Max) Shock Absorbers (Max) Fortitude (Max) Fast Deflection (Max) Forma'd twice to fit everything. Based on what your current build is, i'd say you're going for damage and you have everything pretty much good. What aura are you using? I'd take off Steel Fiber or one of your worse mods for Rush, I play an Uber tank too but it becomes annoying without rush, and the new helmet does wonders however ugly it may be. I've been thinking of dropping Con for rush or something for utility because shock absorbers covers down time. Steel Fiber has saved me a couple times in high level maps so i'm not too keen on dropping it. Edit: I solo often so something instead of rush would be preferable. Cryp2Nite
It's hard to choose a build for Rhino. The different skill mods have no "common denominator". Continuity only affect Roar and Rhino Charge (which I don't use). Stretch affect Rhino Charge, Roars buff range (which is already big enough) and Rhino Stomp. Focus is surely the best, "must-have choice". It affects Rhino Charge and Stomp damage, and Iron Skin absorption. It all depends of the skills you are using. I for myself can't make a viable build with all 4 skill mods, so I first forma'd out one of the skill polaritys. I'm using Iron Skin, Roar and Rhino Stomp. Along with maxed Flow, Continuity, Focus, Streamline, Rush, Redirection and Vitality. + Energy Siphon Aura. If you are happy with Rhinos speed, or got the Vanguard helmet you can swap out Rush for Stretch. Or Constitution if you mainly want to buff your team mates with Roar. Tough choices... Focus affects Iron Skin now? Never knew. Won't fit into my build now though. Oh well.
CultOfPersonality
I don't even have Streamline at all.
Whyan
Max streamline allows you to get iron skin at the start of every game and also allows you to consistently spam all your abilities. I got rid of my charge because stomp does a close enough job with stretch on it.
Aspari
I go glass cannon with Rhino. Streamline Flow Focus Stretch Marathon Constitution The others are his maxed skill mods.
fatpig84
Drop rush. Get Marathon or Quick rest. Rhino is always slow and Rush gives x% off his base speed so it makes no sense.Give him stamina mods so you can keep up the long distance. Quick rest is preferable (as you can slide to gain back stamina very quickly) but Marathon is easier to fit if you have less points.

Who the hell is sprinting all the time without a slide every ~3 seconds? With the right timing you can nearly "sprint" without interruption due to stamina. And normal gameplay is more a sprint>stop>kill>sprint>stop>kill thing, not a long-running race. And you are not that slow with the Vanguard helmet. 1.125 without Rush, that's faster than Nyx's or Banshee's base speed. With Rush, he is even pretty fast.
