Cannot Revive Bug - Auto Mission Failure

I've been experiencing this ad nausem since update 9. It happens roughly 70% of the time to me. Whenever I die after not being picked up or dying when playing solo. I instantly die and either have to wait for others to finish the mission or if I am alone I fail the mission instantly. Generally I fail several missions before I am allowed to use my first revive of the day if I am playing alone, and if for some reason I die a second time on the same mission I'm usually going to fail instantly and have wasted the previous revive regardless.

 

I did a search on the forum prior to this but only found one other topic that was similar to my problem. This has been ongoing and I would really appreciate a fix (although the side effect of this bug is occasionally a great boost to the difficulty----maybe something to add to nightmare mode at some point).

Been having the same issue quite often myself
