How long is the cooldown to upgrade your clan again after a downgrade?

I wanted to know because I just created a clan, and upgraded it right away, but the research cost is too much and I want to finish that quickly so I need to downgrade my clan first, and once I finish research I want to upgrade again!! I already have a fully built dojo so destroying the clan and rebuilding it is NOT happening D:
