Error_Internet_Cannot_Connect (The Update Will Be Restarted Shortly)

Hi, I recently just opened up Warframe from Steam yesterday, like I usually do, and I couldn't update the game. I recieved the error:

 

Update Failed!

 

The content servers are temporarily unavailable.

 

ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT

 

 

It repeatedly says "Retry", after the bar finishes loading, and it doesn't work.

I have tried disabling bulk and aggresive download, as well as verifying the game cache (and on Steam too). I've also checked my Firewall statues, and it is allowed through it.

 

I don't know what's wrong, and I just finished crafting Vauban on the day it happend, and he's the Warframe I've wanted the most out of any. Either way, I hope this is resolved soon, thank you.

A while back I had to restart 6 times to get it to update.
