Its not the best.

Its the best in cd % with high range

Scoliac need 3 pos , then u can build a couple elements, if 2 pos, U have to lose slide/speed/cd/range/or 1 element

Not sure if its just me but would like to point out that there seems to be a bug with the crit chance on slide attack from rivens not applying DPS.

When I take the riven off/on dps is still the same

because you still have maiming strike .v   , with your riven in build in page, its only range +

so far i've found

organ shatter, drifting, maiming,blood rush, weeping, riven, primed pressure, and primed reach 

to be best

but ive also seen

dual elemental, drifting,maiming, blood rush, riven primed pressure, and primed reach

orgaon shatter, condition overload, drifting, maiming, blood rush, riven primed pressure, and primed reach

doesnt need it, base is already above 1 and all youre doing is slide

Crit on slide from rivens stack with Maiming Strike, meaning orange crits at 0 combo with high enough disposition weapons such as the Scoliac when you use the two together, in no way that's a godly riven without that stat. And by the way, the builder doesn't even calculate the crit on slide stat so it's completely pointless to paste screenshots from that website. Having said that, you're free to set the price you want for your riven but you'd be lucky to get a tenth of that buyout realistically.
