Plains of Eidolon: Hotfix 22.8.4

Fixes:

  • Fixed upgraded Pet Incubator Segment not putting Pets in Stasis automatically when they're about to die.
    • Please note that we are running a ‘Resurrection Script’ to bring the recently deceased pets back to life. We will let you know when this script has been completed. Script has finished - please relog to receive your unintentionally deceased pet. 
  • Fixed a progstop in The War Within quest caused by Transference being broken for players playing through for the first time.
  • Fixed a progstop in Vor’s Prize where the Arsenal Segment wouldn’t install.
  • Fixed the Tusk Command Dargyn sometimes refusing to spawn in assassinate missions and preventing you from completing the Bounty.
  • Fixed a bug when Transferring back to Rhino and casting Iron Skin that would break the Iron Skin HUD element.
  • Fixed Vauban's Shred and Concuss mines not triggering on ragdolls (e.g. when thrown into Vortex).
  • Fixed Operators not being able to instantly Void Dash via crouch+jump in some cases, particularly when using a controller and trying to do crouch+jump simultaneously because crouch normally needs to be held on controllers to enter Void Mode. Crouch still needs to be tapped to roll and held to Void Mode, but you can now crouch+jump together to instantly Void Dash instead of having to wait for crouch to work.
  • Fixed Operator Focus Stances causing strange framing of Operator transmissions.
  • Fixed Lua Defense marker not following the Defense Target after it falls through the floor.
  • Fixed weapons with an Area of Effect (Steel Meridian Justice) breaking buttons in the Lua Speed Test.
  • Fixed Grineer suddenly gaining super leg strength and jumping 20 meters as seen here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Warframe/comments/7pfoiy/clemmings_platoon/
  • Fixed the Sonicor holster remaining visible when your Warframe is invisible. 
  • Fixed weapon firing sounds of Latron (and probably others) from not consistently being filtered when Loki’s Invisibility is active.
  • Fixed some Noggles being motionless in their diorama.

With the Megalyst and Rainalyst coming in the future, can we see a fix for Vomvalyst spawns? Currently, the meat of the fight is finding RNG-spawns that can be 500m away spawning 2 vomvalysts when you need 3 per lure. This is ridiculous and not how an Eidolon encounter should be. This should be addressed on or before the release of these new Eidolons.

Also, can we see a Buff for Spring-Loaded Blade? The mod adds literally HALF of NORMAL REACH in range. It also is worded like Berserker and does not stack, making it completely useless on anything other than Zenistar.

P.S: Corvettes still insta-kill the host and this should be fixed soon because Archwing is already painful enough.

Still waiting for Corpus Archwing Drones to stop spraying bullets all over my face. I just die after that happens.

Meanwhile, we're waiting for spacemom to return so that we can beat Ballas the heck out of him.

Anyways, hope you all get your pets back, my fellow tenno! Even though they could be different since, you know, what ressurection does to living things.

Can you unnerf the T3 Prism? As it stands now, it's currently trash and only makes for longer Teralyst fights and thus, more tedious Focus Farming.

The DPS loss by giving the Granmu its original fire rate is tremendous. At the very least, can you increase the fire rate on it?

Any chance you can make a Blast element Sonicor ragdoll enemies like it did before the "fix"? As it stands it'd be more effective to toss rocks at grineer in terms of CC, when it used to be on eof the best secondaries in terms of CC, and was unique in it's functionality, its now just another mediocre weapon.

Please make a third segment that just does away with DNA degradation all together. It really doesn't serve any purpose and it puts people (at least myself) off of wanting to use Companions. 

Give it to the Osteron pet dude as a quest type deal where in which if you approach him with a companion he will trigger one of several prompts. 

If you have the first segment he will tell you your pet doesn't look so great, he will be perplexed because the Osteron animals don't suffer from degradation but alas he is out of modules. He will then prompt you to look for build/buy the second module.

If you have the second module he will comment about your pet looking better and thankfully he has finished/recieved a shipment of the Osteron modules. At which point you can build/buy one from the NPC. 

It keeps the module progression intact, as well as the very brief window that stabalizer is actually a credit sink. Maybe replace the stabalizers effect with the third module from "stabalizing" to a temorary immunity to status effects (say a few hours). Transforming what was a punishment (do this or your pet dies) into a reward (do this if you don't want your companion to wonder into a poison cloud and stand idle as it melts).
