Stalker Problems

I have ran into stalker almost a dozen times since Update 9. Every time I've ran into him, the lights didn't flash but once. He has been defeated every time and has drop nothing in place of him him being defeated. It is getting to be very frustrating because I am missing only one blueprint from him. I hope this is a bug in the game and that it can be changed. Is anyone else having this same problem?

Can't say I've experienced anything like this. He recently dropped the dread blueprint for me so yea.

Yeah, it looks like drop rates from Stalker are lowered now. I killed him God knows how many times, and I still got only Dread...

Happened to me, Did he just say "Your tenno powers are useless"? Yea.... He attacked your sentinel. And he won't stop till he kills it...

Same here, no blueprints, resourses, ammo, or anything from the Stalker, but besides:

 

Since update 9. (the last one), every time he shows up to kill a teammate, I can stand right next to him without being attacked... He focuses only on his target, even with me at "point blank" distance,.. He dosn't get mad when I empty full clips of my Dera on his face...

DUDE! he's droped Plano de Dread for me when i playing with randoms. He is don't going for me for 1 month and i was so happy. Finally XD

There has been a couple of times when the Stalker glitched and just kept running around in circles like he was trying to make it rain. But I have killed him about 10 times since Update 9.5 and he has only dropped Dread once. Glad I got all his blueprints back in Update 8 :D

First, I got the Dread.
Now, after dozens of Stalkers that I killed I finally found another blueprint!

i just got the stalker today after 2 weeks without him appearing and of course he droped the on thing i needed which is the dread but i have killed alot of times in the past but no dropes

I've playing for over 200+ hours, and nothing. Then, suddenly, he attacks me in 4 times in a row. I yelled "COME AT ME BRO" every time. He dropped me Dread, despair, hate, and despair again, in the same day, in just two hours. I'm lucky?

Ok, about Stalker drops, it's ok... I defeated him like 2 times since I first posted, It droped Dread twice and some rare resourse i guess... It's a matter of luck.. However, the AI bug about being right next to him without being attacked happened once of those 2...
