Can’t move after pausing in missions

When playing solo every now and then when I pause and then come back from pause my warframe can’t move, when I press r2 the chat box comes up like I am in options still but I can move my camera around. The only way to move again is to die. This has been happening a lot since the last patch. I’d never had it happen before the last patch. Pretty annoying when you’re doing a survival and the enemies can’t kill you fast enough and you run out of air and have to extract.
