Voldemort Frame/Frame with a Pocket Snake

Armour: 0
Energy: 177 -> 265.5 -> 531 (with Flow); 752.25 (with Primed Flow)
Health: 70 (210 max)
Shield: 700 (2100 at max)
Sprint Speed: 1.7
 
Passive: For every 7 enemies you kill, you increase your snakes HP by 10% up to a total of 700%. Resets when fourth ability is cast. 


First Ability:
Cost: 17 energy to cast.
Throws a Diary at the enemy, bounces for a total of 5 times in a range of 7 meters, confusing the enemy for 5 seconds.
Does Little Damage.


Second Ability:
Costs 47 energy to cast.
Taunts enemies in a 20 meter range to attack him.
Taunts enemies for 20 seconds.
Cannot be recast while active.


Third Ability:
Cost: 77 energy to cast. 
Sends out 7 Ghosts, unless all ghosts are destroyed frame is invincible.
Ghosts don't have a duration. They stay in a 15 meter range of the frame.
Enemies attack ghosts over frame if they see a ghost. Unless second ability was cast.
Ghosts cannot be healed, not by any ability, not in any way.
Has a 90 seconds cool down. Scales with duration.
Cool down starts when the ghosts are destroyed.
Maxing out at 200% Duration resulting in a 45 seconds cool down.


Fourth Ability:
Cost: 47 energy to cast. 
Pocket Snake, 100% Toxin chance for every enemy the snake bites.
Channelled Ability: 10 energy per second.
Range indicates the speed.
Strength indicates the damage and health of the snake.
If the snakes HP falls under 25% it sheds its skin and moves on with max HP, doubling its max HP and increasing the energy drain by 50%
