This is weird, but I had problems after closing Discord too. Tried this just now, booting Discord back up, and it works.

My friend just had this problem. Started after the T1 sortie mission, and persisted after restarting. Closing Discord worked, though that's not ideal since we use that for voice chat. Wish I could see whatever that image was, can't tell if people are being serious about it helping or just poking fun at it being a bad image link.

EDIT: LAMO as I alt-tabbed back to Warframe it started for me. Force closing Discord fixed it. Very much not ideal.

Got this bug too. They really need to fix it.

The issue is 100% discord just turn it off, log out of it and everything works just dandy afterwards. what a ridiculous problem.
