Relic reward chosen differs from reward received

I was running an Axi relic run with my team just now and we happened to get the rare reward (Banshee Prime Systems) on mission completion. We all chose the rare reward, but on the rewards list it showed that I obtained a different item (an uncommon). My whole team had the same issue. The specific mission was Rusalka (Sedna) and we did not have a host migration. Upon running this mission a second time with one different squad mate we were all able to get the rare item again and this time it was the actual reward we received.
