lukinu_u Posted January 22, 2018 Share Posted January 22, 2018 How you can see on this link, the only weapons aviables for skins are Amprex, Gorgon, Sybaris, Jat Kittag, Skana, Galatine, Kronen and Orthos. From these, only the melee weapons can be model swap and have been extended the whole melee class (polearm instead of Orthos, single sword instead of Skana, etc...).http://www.warframe.com/steamworkshop/help/index.php?page=basic-art-guide So, officially, you can only work on hammer, sword, heavy blade, tonfa and polearm, meaning you can't officially do a model swap for the futur two handed katana. I'm personnally trying to slowly see how far we can do, by doing things we aren't allowed to do such as staff skin, but still work safely as it can be alternatively be a polearm skin, so you can try the same and swap it to an heavy blade skin, but how Rekkou said I would advice you to first working on allowed stuff if you dont want your time and work to be wasted just because it don't fit the rules. I'm not trying to stop you, i'm always hoping they're willing to make exception if it's good and technically compatible. They might even decide to branch out the weapon selection, which will be a good thing for everyone. But again, i'm just pointing out that the possibility is still there.
