look on the wiki and see if it is affected by it duration mods would increase its time and reach mods increase its distances.

• Hits up to 8 / 8 / 10 / 13 enemies once within an estimated 20 metre radius of your initial target, visibility of subsequent enemies is not required. This range is affected by Power Range (Stretch).

This is the set amount of people you can hit Per Level. It is set in stone, no moving it.

Except that you hit 16 enemies, not 13. Or did they nerf it back to 13?
