Host unreachable/session not found/endless please wait

Boy idk what the crap is up with War frame today but all day I have been unable to join my friends and they are unable to join me. 

 

If they attempt to reach me, it's host unreachable. 

 

If I attempt to join via invite from them they are unreachable. 

 

If I attempt to join via communication on their name, I get an endless Please Wait screen.. Let it sit there for 20 minutes.. Nothing. 

 

I have attempted opening all ports on my router, switched for 2.4 to 5 ghz.. Changed IP from auto to static. Nothing has helped. 

 

What gives DE? Nearly 400 hours invested and hundred of dollars I've given to you, alongside the millions of other players and money they've spent and you guys can't spend even a portion of it on your matchmaking processes? 

 

I've even tried on 2 desperate xboxes.
