Plains of Eidolon: Hotfix 22.10.2

Mining buff:
For those of you who may not have been aware, mining in the Plains has a base chance, as well as a bonus based on your accuracy, to reward a rare gem. We’ve increased both the base chance as well as the bonus for accuracy. You can tell how accurate you are by the number of gem icons that you fill up while mining. Each filled gem icon increases the total chance to receive a rare gem. 

  • Now: 15% + 3% per filled gem icon 
  • Previously: 10% + 2% per filled gem icon

Changes:

  • Increased Specter ability cooldowns. 

Fixes: 

  • Fixed unconscious/ragdolled enemies not taking damage on clients; this was causing a wide range of gear to Weapons and Powers to be broken as well as a number of crashes.
  • Fixed Mesa Deluxe Glyph Loc.
  • Fixed Operator sometimes looking back during transmissions. 
  • Fixed Larva Burst not appearing in Codex or linking in chat. 
  • Fixed elevator markers sticking to the edge of the screen.
  • Fixed Metronome giving infinite buff when 2+ people activate it. 
  • Fixed multiple castings of Hallowed Ground causing them to share the same duration. 
  • Fixed Titania Razorwing augment adding infinite lasting buffs when casting abilities after entering and immediately exiting Razorwing.
  • Fixed Thurible animation not ending when out of energy. 
  • Fixed kuva braids not disappearing after being destroyed. 
  • Fixed a handful of weapons so that meleeing with them does not cancel sprint.
  • Fixed Seeking Shuriken not reducing target armor. 
  • Fixed missing ankle buckle on Mesa Presidio. 
  • Fixed Decoy dropping Oro in Conclave.

* No extraction marker displayed on minimap or overlay map:

Other issues:
* Gara's Splinter Storm should not break corpus windows when you run past
* JV docking errors still occur

* Switching to/from operator with a high ping takes several seconds, e.g. 500ms ping takes 5s to switch to switch sometimes
* Leaving group at extraction in PoE does not trigger extract - you need to leave the extraction area and come back through the door

QoL improvements:
* Range for melee weapons should be listed in game and on wikia.
* Ambient ship + dojo sounds need a separate volume setting (currently controlled by sound effects)
* Message beep volume should have a separate setting (currently controlled by sound effects)
* Trade interface needs multi-select, similar to selling for ducats or credits. Current interface is awkward
* Relic enrichment interface is awkward when enriching 10+ - click relic, click radiant, click ok, refresh screen, repeat. This should allow multiple, or at least not reset selection
* Please add a Hide Mastered filter in Market and Dojo

Still no fix on the Arca Plasmor not doing any damage upon landing headshots, it'd be nice to know whether it's a bug or nerf...

Edit; Doing 0 damage is apparently a bug. However the Plasmor will no longer gain headshot damage bonus as per here:

An issue I want to address as it was not mentioned, regarding The Glast Gambit (prevents player from getting Nidus Blueprint)

PLEASE fix Nekros Shadows not teleporting properly on recast, and counting against Oberon's Renewal! (Bonus for fixing melee elemental FX showing even when disabled!)

Except that The Sacrifice is mostly hyped for older Players who are aware of the larger plot, lore, and excited for a new Warframe Quest/Installment....and Open World is more hyped for New Players and people considering to start playing Warframe...

....So.....yeah, Open World is more important right now for a Game that wants to grow its player-base and continue growing in size and revenue.

I am getting a wierd larva Bug sometimes enemies dragged in by larva wont be dammaged by weapons only niduses stomp

Harrows 3 continues to run even if you have no energy, I've had instances where i can even activate it with no energy also. Post hotfix its still happening sometimes

sarpa bug not listed in fix, not sure if its fixed but after yesterdays update it stoped working mid mission. wouldn't hit enemies unless right on top of them and the sound went really wierd (like a puff)

So you have only 30% chance with perfect accury... meh still low chance to extract rare gems. It should be at leaast 50% with perfect aiming because sometimes nodes are really weird.

theres a bug with octavia that lets her stay invis forever without her having to recast her 3

getting more then 3 out of 5 is impossible with mining so you are getting 15% + 9% not +15%

Please Fix "Melee Block Auto Toggling". Out of nowhere the frame will melee block while in mid attack sequence.
