Considering the Xbox update went into cert less than 1 day after the release of part 2 on PC, its likely there wasn't enough time for the console team to add them to the build as it was likely already finalized and adding to it would result in further delays in getting people on consoles new content. Let me explain, every time it loads up a bounty mission and I get out the door......it automatically says I have failed it.
