Operator walk animation

Operator walking animation seems rather stiff while walking on the orbiter. It's only after you slide with your operator and then keep walking that he/she seems to have the correct walking animation. As soon as you stop then start walking again the animation reverts back to being stiff.

Bump.

 

I have the same problem. I've noticed that the operator appears to start running, but slows to an odd, rushed walk. The starting animation seems similar to the animations I have when I meet with the Quills.

 

This is remedied by sliding, as mentioned above by OP. Also, jumping fixes it, too.
