The primary problem with trials lies with the fact that the freaking breadcrumb missions that led to the trials and even showed they existed were removed with their respective event and then were just left alone. I find it hilarious anyone would ever claim anyone spent blood sweat and tears on bugfixing raids, they've broken every time a "bugfix" has been pushed through and THERES BEEN A LITERAL GODDAMN HOLE IN THE @(*()$ MAP IN JV SINCE IT WAS @(*()$ IMPLEMENTED, A LITERAL GIANT HOLE IN A WALL LEADING TO @(*()$ NOTHING

This is really disappointing. Theres literally no endgame content for us now. Some of us literally only get on to do raids. Raids were fun, especially for just running lol setups with friends and having fun, you cant do that with eidolons and properly farm them. There is no ''teamwork'' with farming eidolons, its all very straightfoward. So many concerns about this. How will the loot tables be affected? The main trading market in the game are Rivens and Arcanes, rip our plat income because they will be easliy accessible to everyone now. After all the grinding and hard work we all had to do, now its just being handed out lol The direction that you guys have been going with the game lately is just disappointing. The nerf mentality instead of fixing the issues with the core mechanics of the game. Shame. What will us vets have to do now?

This is kind of exactly the reason they said they're stopping, too much upkeep and they don't care about raids.

Changing the content to make it more accessible to new players...? Given that statement is BS what is the actual reasoning? It feels more like you are asserting control for the plat and credit markets and trying to enforce your new content by removing trials rather than improving the most engaging content you currently have in the game.

Absolutely, i entirely agree, but deleting trials (lets be real here thats whats happening) and distributing the arcanes to a far far easier farmable drop source... id call that throwing the baby out with the bathwater, why is this the solution before trying to fix the trials? Even if theyre actually brought back at some point arcanes will still be easier to farm from teralysts, hell even solo i can cap 3-5 teralysts in a night depending on rng, lets say i can kill 2 of the new ones in a night (solo), since i dont have to actually organize a group why would i ever raid? No matter how good raids are without a proper reward it's going to be as popular as the kuva fortress.

Why do devs just outright decide to remove game content without even trying to inquire about the opinions of people first

i'm a part of a huge community specify in teaching and recruiting for raids and that community is the only reason i still play this game

as long as there are people still find the content enjoyable there is no reason to remove it from the game(e.g conclave) unless it could jeopardize other people's game experience and

i beg  enlightenment about what the actual harm would be the raids can do to this game.

My clan always does raids together to have fun and mess around. Raids are a great way for a clan to bring in new players to make a lot of starting credits and maybe some plat if lucky. I've asked to also setup Teralysts farms, but most do not care about POE content making me have to pug. I have only done one night of Teralysts farming since you have to twiddle your thumbs waiting for night time. Some players even cannot enter POE because the fps/bug issues.

All I'm saying is I do not agree with this change and enjoy doing all 3 raids in a hour messing around having fun with clan mates. I don't see the same banter with only 4 players doing Teralysts farm. Also no notice or countdown inside your ship that lets you know which bounties are available or day/night cycle of Plains doesn't help either. Teralysts farming really isn't that fun since it's just a race to see how many you can capture within the time limit. Maybe making them more available at all times of the day and add the option for 8 players to join at once.
