Daikyu has been buff and now OP

So it's basically used to shotgun people at close range while finishing them off with a secondary now. I've been using the daikyu ever since i started playing conclave and with all the recent changes it feels less like a bow. DE should revert recent changes to make it be used as the long range weapon it was supposed to be while also tweaking SLB a little.

Mm, well the base damage was reduced from 500 down to 460 - but the IPS ratios were shifted around weighing in for a better chance at slash procs. The charge time is very much welcome!
Would've been super happy if the proposed crit buff would have made it through as well, but the experience feels so much better as is for now.

Shrine of the Eidolon: Update 22.12.0

Warframe Weapon Changes

We are revisiting all weapons and adjusting their stats to fit into some Mastery Rank grouping guidelines based on DPS and Crit/Status split total. With this in mind, we are buffing a lot of the weapons you know and love!

Again, a lot of this is as shown in the Dev Workshop, but our Update Notes are more widely read.

General Notes:

- Sadly, not noted here are BEAM weapons - they should be ready soon, but we are revisiting them to be more 'like they used to be' in terms of damage instances over time but with a fixed fire rate. Fire Rate mods and their effects are still being determined. The Beam Weapon Category is simply not ready for this Update, but we are still working on it!
- Conclave Weapon damage rebalancing has been done separately to account for the changes.

Sad to say it, but since most of the weapons are balanced for PvP using damage multipliers of their PvE values while keeping them the same mechanically, I expected to see daikyu (and other weapons) getting imbalanced once this changes went live despite the claims of "Conclave Weapon damage rebalancing has been done separately to account for the changes". The list from the quoted post may give you some ideas of what to expect from other weapons. Sadly can't remove content from quoted spoilers, but I'm sure most of the people around knows exactly what stat changes to omit when looking for things that will most likely break the balance in conclave (can't give them a try myself yet, reason why I'm not pointing fingers at any other weapon yet)

Edit: Realized that editing comment seems to allow me to edit quoted spoilers, so I'm gonna skim through the post deleting pointless changes.

Edit2: Removed all weapon changes pointless to conclave, such as MR changes, status chance, crit chance, crit damage and improvements to VFX from the list. I think it's worth noting that there may have been some undocumented changes on this update, hence won't be discovered until someone runs some in game tests.

IDK why they changed the Daikyu in first place. In pve aswell in pvp it was a viable and fun weapon. Slow rate of fire but hits like a truck. DE some people like those kind of weapons. Why are you changing most of them into miniguns?

In pve Daikyu was a great alternative for those faster bows  and in pvp it kept a neat width of balance. (talking about pvp those other bows should've been touched instead of the Daikyu)

I suggest to revert the pve change from pvp and keep Daikyu the same it was, because it was in a good spot there. From release until now we already struggled through enough changes on that weapon don't you think?

- keep the old flight speed... 180 is just annoying... change it back to 200 as it used to be

-Make SLB increase damage by 40% if target is 15 or more meters away, but reduce it by the same value if target is 10m or closer.

Or introduce a new Aura that reduces all Gun damage (Shotguns excluded) when closer than 7m.
