Foundry Audio Screeching

Dunno what causes it, just loaded into my ship from a mission, and I heard this terrible high pitched screeching from what seems to be my foundry.

 

Here's a short little video of it, the audio bug is really, really loud and high pitched so turn it down if you don't want your ears blowing up.
