It stills deal greater damage and boost the range of SQ, how is not a buff ?
Just that you have to re-cast it every 3 to 4 seconds.

If you are using it for CC, well heads up, card carrying resonating banshee farmers are already using AHK to automate the process. And they still lock down entire maps, while doing greater damage and free to use zenurik/pads etc.

Speed ? Wut ? You know old RQ had to ramp up to get maximum damage and range ?
So every time you leave RQ, you have to spend time building damage stacks again.
This is instantaneous.

And you don't need macros if you are fine press 4 every few seconds. Like old Saryn or Excalibur RJ spammers.

holding/pressing 4 once > not having to spam 4 with a very slow animation over and over

 

also her damage output on quake is only really viable on very low level content, and a single wide spread knockdown with a very slow animation is pretty bad as far as CC goes
