Warframe Challenges: Give Me A Random Challenge.

So as the title says, give me a random challenge (Please be kind) and I'll see if I'm able to complete it.

I'll be editing in videos to this main post so stay tuned for god only knows what!

My partner in crime: Noogums, will also be doing stupid stuff for your amusement.

 

2 Challenges in 1 run

 

AlchemistMute:

 

- Stealth a mission without Smoke Screen, Invisibility or Shade.

- Take off Vitality & Redirection and only use Large Health Restores. Ignore health orbs.

 

Map was Cerberus - Pluto (Level 65 - 70 I think).

Warframe - Nova (Because I love that girl <3)

Build-

Ran the whole map without healing and was undetected the whole way.

(Sorry the quality for this is so bad, my Fraps went a bit odd while recording and spat it out at this quality. No idea why but I managed to fix it.)

Not even taking a Deathcube, I don't use Sentinels ;P (Even though I have all 3 at level 30)

Only allowed to use my 4'th ability though, no other ability, so Vauby might struggle a little and Nova probably wont work since I can't activate MP.

Though, if you take Saryn with you, it might even be enough to get to ~wave 20

What map should I play and what frame? 

I'll do exactly as suggested, I wont shoot, I will only use my ulti and see how far I get.

I'm set to do Xini but I'm wondering if there would be a better map to choose from.

 I'd imagine the best way to begin to flesh this out would be to try this on multiple Frames. This is entirely up to you. It also goes without saying that there will be no limitations on mods you choose to use.

 

 I'd say Xini is as good a place as any. High traffic and the enemy level starts fairly high. You'd be able to reach the point where you are scrapping with enemies beefier then guns can handle properly fast - which is where we'll really see if 4 skills are all you need.

 

  Playing with Pubs is perfectly fine and whether or not they are 'participating' themselves is unimportant. In fact it might reinforce any argument made on your results to have people playing pretty normally alongside you in a Pub situation.

 

  As I see it - the wave you get to isn't the big deal. I figure the level of enemies that you can reach before you can't carry yourself further is the real goal. It'd also probably be good to keep careful track of how your energy pool is doing. Running out of energy is a good thing to note.

 

 Edit: I'm glad that the idea interests you by the way. I think this kind of testing is really what will guide this discussion in the right direction. Since there are some floating sentiments that 4-spamming works way too well it would be wise to get some info about just how well it works from important gameplay hotspots. We all know it works excellent on Kappa - Sedna with enemies at about that level.

I'll get a friend to join and we're gonna do a Nova + some other frame he has to decide on, we'll only use ulties, nothing else.

And it just sounds like fun, and at the stage I'm at I'm just &#036;&amp;*^ing about in the game now, I have fuckall else to do.

I was going to use Nova + Something (With a friend) But I'd be as well doing it with them all and seeing how they all fare.

 This part is actually unimportant. Be it Nova, Loki, Vauban, Ember. Doesn't matter.

 

 In the perfect scenario we'd get many people giving it a shot and try to get info on every Frame's ability to do this sort of thing.

 

 

 See - what I feel like will be most 'enlightening' is finally seeing someone show just how far up the enemy scale this will work out for you.

 

 'Wave X' isn't the point - although recording waves is still a good idea. The REAL important part is the level of the enemies that are finally able to ignore your 4-spam enough to fail your mission.

 

 

 This is like asking the question "Okay - so where is the ceiling on this? We know low level enemies are defenseless. How long does it take for the game to adapt to this stuff?"

I'm just in this for fun honestly, I personally agree with you on the ulti debate but I'm keeping to myself. 

I've actually been considering posting (Or maybe changing this one to) a challenge thread where people can post random challenges for me to try complete (Similar to Bahroo on the Gearbox forums).

Actually on her own Nova would be useless, because there is no way to activate M-prime without killing something, and if I can't shoot or use anything else I'm unable to kill anything.

I'm just using Nova because she's my fav. Frame.

Haven't done much on it lately but I can record when needed, just wont be of the best quality. (Probably 480p ish, my internet isn't fantastic, though I'll try push it up to 720p)

As Jim said Nova alone is useless, Nova + anyone else = Armageddon

(if we are talking about "press only 4")

 

Another nice 1 could be Ash (even if a bit low at killing and too randomized to save the pod if anything wrong happens)

I'll do ash later, or I'll get my friend to since he has a massive boy crush on Ash, and as for Nova, ancients very quickly become able to survive Primes, so lets see how it turns out.

 

Also @ Blatant Would you prefer I change this thread into a challenge thread, or make a whole new one, and if the latter, should I put it in General or Off topic (I don't spend a lot of time on the forums).

2 novas and 2 Saryns/Rhinos could be one of the most effective combinations. Vauban is also great if you manage the throw the Vortex so that when it ends, the enemies fall out of the map.
