LongDraw Posted August 8, 2013 Share Posted August 8, 2013 How long does it actually take for them to actually read you tickets ive had one ticket open for 14 days and just ended up closing it and now i have a payment issue and ive had the ticket open for 8 days i hope a dev or something reads this post I just find it really pathetic that they closed one of my tickets because I didn't respond for 8 days when 4th of July was going on, but when I had a payment issue that duplicated what they had refunded before, they took about 15 or 20 days before they finally responded saying they would refund it, but also saying that it wasn't their fault that it took so long because they were busy.
