Invitations Not working

I logged into Warframe and I went to the chat menu and it said it was loading and eventually it said failed to join chat server, so when I went to play with a friend and he invited me it went through but on his end it said " couldn't send invite" and it does the same thing when I send him one. When I try to join him or other friends it always fails. I don't know if it has to do with me just recently getting to 300 days login bonus but this has never happened to me before for this long.
