Chroma Effigy/Ultimate idea

The basic idea is that the armour Chroma wears restricts his powers and when he takes it off, he unshackles his uncontrollable full power.

"Chroma unshackles him of what binds him on land and thus becomes more like Dragon"

Here are the many ideas I have:

• In this form, just like Limbo has his own unique roll animation, Chroma has like a mini Void Dash with a Chinese Dragon visuals
• Chroma gains 10 - 20% power strength (which is also like an aura to team mates), this is mitigated by how much positive efficiency you have so if you have 150% power efficiency than you have slightly less power strength (so negative efficiency can benefit Chroma
• When Chroma takes damage while his 3 is on, he has like a mini self heal and he can heal allies with his 1
• Increased time and power for his 2 and 2
• The base damage of Spectral scream increased with crit chance added depending on how much strength and duration you have
• Spectral scream has like  larger horizontal radius so imagine a massive fireball effect which is effect by duration and strength
• While using your 1, there is like an AOE Dragon circling around you that give off an effect depending on your energy colour
• The melee gliding button now you can have like a mini Dragon flying effect so it looks like you are kind of flying 
• Imagine riding his pelt like a pony Dragon?
