Gene masking kit not working?

I’m unable to change the color of my kubrows anymore, I used to be able to.  Also, checked market and it says I still own the basic gene masking kit for kubrows.  Any idea why this doesn’t work anymore?  I tried on both maxed out kubrows and a new kubrows, different fur patterns as well, I can’t change the colors.  Thank you.

Appears to be currently bugged. I can't do any customization on any of my kubrows/kavats since the last update. Not the first time they broke something with companions and it probably won't be the last either. It's annoying but it'll get sorted out soon I'm sure.

Gene masking kits are buggy as hell, what I've found to work is if you go through your inventory and click on something from a kit it usually updates the interface at the incubator the next time you try it.

I noticed after the recent update that mine started working again.  Anyone else have the same results?

It's bugged sincee before the last update. What I do to get it working is I just exit the Arsenal and immediately open it again. Works like a charm for me.
