Verazix Posted February 19, 2018 Share Posted February 19, 2018 When dual wielding Orvius and using its charged "perfect" throw, if the resulting explosion hits your warframe and kills you, your character dies outright and skips the bleedout phase. This is while hosting, in multiplayer or single player missions (with sacrifice on a Sentinel), and fairly easy for me to reproduce (especially against infested who like to leap into my face as I charge the throw).
